Q1. Description of the purchase procedure

※ Kind reminder that the item inventory function is not retained when the item is added to the cart but not settling payment. The item inventory allocation will be based on the order of the completed payment. 
 
Q2. Types of payment methods available?
You can pay for your Girl's Monday purchases using MOLPay which includes FPX online banking, Visa/MasterCard and E-wallets payment.
Q3. Singapore buyers, before you shop, please note.
You will be invoiced in Ringgit, the final SGD price will depend on the exchange rate applied by your credit card/bank. We do offer return and refund for Singapore buyers by following the same return policy as Malaysia buyers. However, please note that the refund of Out-of-Stock Items/ Cancelled Items/ Non-defective & Defective Return Items will be refunded as member's account Saved Payment Balance. If you prefer to have the Saved Payment Balance refunded to your personal bank account, you are required to provide details of a Malaysia local bank account. Please ensure the bank account details are correct. If the provided details are not accurate leading to failed transaction, the Saved Payment Balance amount will be kept in your Girl's Monday member's account for future purchases. Please make sure you have read through all policies before making purchase. By purchasing, you agree to all the policies stated. Girl's Monday will not be responsible for any dispute arising therefrom. Please shop at your own discretion.
Q4. How to check the processing status of current purchase order?
Click "My Account" , log in with your account and password to check the processing status of your order.
Q5. After my order is established, is it possible to cancel, add, modify the quantity and size of the goods, or to combine orders for free shipping?
We do not provide services of additional purchase and modification of purchase order. But don't sweat it, you may cancel the wrongly placed order and place for a new order. To do so, you are required to log into your account and proceed to cancel the purchase order before making a new purchase. However, promo code or product discount that was applied to the previous order cannot be reverted. You are urged to check all information before confirming the purchase order. 

To avoid storage problems and accounting error, a reminder will pop up stating "Once payment is confirmed, changes cannot be made to purchase order."
It is not possible to "modify", "add" and "combine" your purchase order.

If the shipping procedure for your order has started, please leave a message to inform our customer service for cancellation so that we will be able to contact the logistics personnel to handle the interception. This situation may not be successful.

If the package has been transferred to the logistics center, the cancellation will not be possible.
Upon receiving our products, please return products if products are not suitable or do not fit within seven days, thank you.

Please check the amount and size (please refer to fitting review) of the selected product before confirming the purchase order to avoid the hassle caused by the cancellation of purchase order.
Q6. Means of calculation after seven days of purchase?
Under the Consumer Protection Act, Girl's Monday provides a seven-day appreciation period upon the arrival of the products, which is counted from the next day of the date the consumer receives the package, subject to the delivery date on the courier tracking website.
For example, the package is received on 4/1, the seven-day appreciation will be on 4/2~4/8. If you wish to return products, kindly log in to "My Account" to apply for return and return products by postal within three days.

Please be noted that under circumstances below, return of products is not acceptable. Kindly read through.
1. Please be especially careful if you have makeup on when trying on the product. If makeup is stained on the product, return is not acceptable.
2. Wearing of products for a long period, creases on clothes, dirt, or smell.
3. According to hygienic principles, intimate clothing such as lingerie, socks, and Nubra cannot be returned once they are unpacked.
4. When returning, the accessories are not complete or the tag has been removed (please return all packaging accessories along with shirts, products).
5. Modified products are not acceptable, such as embroidered, cut, printed, etc., Girl's Monday product not in its original states (please confirm the product before modifying).
6. Gifts are not refundable.
7. Items purchased exceeding the period of seven days.
Q7. Instructions on goods return
[Updated on 16 Jul 2021] In accordance with the implementation of Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) in 34 mukims in Selangor and 14 localities in Kuala Lumpur for 14 days, please be informed that our return policy has been slightly adjusted.

Returns can be submitted on our website from the day you have received within 7-days-return-period and arrange to mail out after submission.

However, please take note on the followings:

1. STRICTLY NO SELF-DELIVERY is allowed and NO OUTSIDER is allowed into our building. Only contactless delivery is allowed.
2. Driver may hand the parcel over to the security guard or leave the parcel directly into the box by the gate.
3. Should there be no guard or box by the gate, please ensure to contact us at +603-7932-5555.
4. Should there be any delivery failure, senders are responsible for tracking and redelivery.
5. We hold no liability whatsoever for any damages caused to return parcels upon delivery.

Rest assured all returns will be refunded in accordance with normal return process. Yet, please expect some delays due to EMCO restrictions. Thank you so much for your understanding.

Defect or Delivery Mistakes:
Please take a picture of the defective part, send the picture to our Facebook Page [ @girlsmonday.my ] within three days in the receipt of the product for documentation and evaluation of our staff.
Kindly provide order number/ membership account/ name/ contact number, if you did not receive a reply from us within two days, please kindly contact Girl's Monday at 03-2242-1997.

Definition of defective products:
Torn garment, obvious dirt traces, detached accessories that affect wearing of the product.

Not included as defective products:
Colour difference, thread ends, small stains, loose buckles, sew a buttonhole, pattern mark, the smell of dye colour, slight size differences, and so on.

Method of Returning:
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Please take a picture of the defective part, send the picture to our Facebook Page [ @girlsmonday.my ] within three days in the receipt of the product for documentation and evaluation of our staff.
Kindly provide order number/ membership account/ name/ contact number, if you did not receive a reply from us within two days, please kindly contact Girl's Monday at 03-2242-1997.
If there is a problem with other products (non-defective/defective) in the same purchase order, please let us know at the same time. Otherwise, further requests will not be entertained. 

NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Only be accepted by applying on your Girl's Monday account within 7 days in the receipt of the parcel. Please refer to RETURN POLICY.

Return due to unreasonable circumstances more than two times, future purchase orders made under the "Name" and "Contact number" will not be accepted. Such as, after wearing and washing, sew buttonhole, thread ends, sewable buckles, colour difference, the asymmetry within a reasonable range, the difference in expectation, the smell of dye, and more.

Q8. Can I make purchase during Full Movement Control Order (FMCO) or Enhanced MCO (EMCO)? Updated on July 5 2021*
Yes. Our online store operates as usual. Campaigns such as free delivery along with other promotions and sales will proceed as normal. Therefore, we encourage you to stay at home and shop online. Items will be delivered to you for free. — however as our Malaysia warehouse is located within the 34 mukims in Selangor where EMCO is implemented. Fulfilment of orders will be proceeded but slightly delayed than usual.

- For those who stay WITHIN the 34 mukims in Selangor and 14 localities in Kuala Lumpur where EMCO is imposed, orders shipped BEFORE July 3, you may contact NINJAVAN for clearer shipment tracking.

- For those who stay OUTSIDE the 34 mukims in Selangor and 14 localities in Kuala Lumpur where EMCO is imposed, orders shipped BEFORE July 3, orders shipment will be proceeded as normal.

- For those who stay OUTSIDE or WITHIN the 34 mukims in Selangor and 14 localities in Kuala Lumpur where EMCO is imposed, orders placed AFTER July 3, orders fulfilment will be proceeded ASAP. Please expect some delays as we are only allowed to operate at 60% of our total workforce capacity.

Rest assured we are monitoring the evolving situation closely with guidance from relevant authorities and we strive to have a large amount of orders to be expedited. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding. Policy may subject to change according to government's announcement. Please refer to updates on our website. Thank you.
Q9. I cannot wait any longer. Can I cancel my previous order?
If you wish to cancel and make a refund, please send an email to servicemy@girlsmonday.com.my or let us know via Facebook messenger  for refund request.  However, please understand that cancelled order cannot be reverted so please ensure to think through before cancelling. There may be delays for proceeding refund due to the current situation. Your understanding is hugely appreciated.
Q10. Item description for accessories
1. Accesories are not accepted for return due to hygienic reasons, except when it is a defective item.
2. If you have any queries, please reach customer service within 7 days upon item receival.
3. The 7 days return period is not a trial period, we reserve the right to reject unpacked worn/used accessories.
4. If wrong item/ defective item is received, please make sure item is in original(new) state and submit a return application within 7 days. Please refer to Q7 for more info on return instructions.

[Accessories Care Know-how]
◆Do not keep in the same drawer/ box to prevent wear and friction
◆Put it on with care, keep away from impact
◆Keep away from sweat, rain, sea water, hot spring, perfume, cosmetics and chemicals. Keep it dry, clean with soft cloth and keep it in zipper storage bag to prevent oxidation.
◆Allergic reaction might arise for sensitive skin, please read through item composition before purchase.

[Not included as defective items]
◆ Colour difference: Colour might differ due to photo editing/ filter, please stick to the colour of actual item.
◆ Excessive glue or crooked position: It's hard to get every earrings perfect as our accessories are all handmade.
◆ Crooked posts: 925 Sterling silver is bendable.
◆ Soldering points: Minor scratches and uneven dots on the surface.
◆ Special vintage manufacturing process: Vintage accessories are made of complex alloy plating process, textures on the surface is common.
◆Raw Quartz texture: The pattern on each earrings might be different.
