Q1. How to join member?
You can add desired products into your cart, click into the shopping cart on the right upper side to confirm purchase items. Enter your personal details to join our member and happy shopping!
Q2. What should I do if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, please click "Log in" and click on "I forgot my password ". Enter your email address, our system will auto-generate the password reset notification link to your email address. Please click on the link to change your password. Enter your email→Receive email→Temporary password→Change password in My Account
Q3. What should I do if I forgot my e-mail used for my first purchase?
Please provide other personal details and contact our customer service.
Q4. How to modify personal information and password?
Please click onto "My Account", enter your account and password to log in as a member. Click onto "Change personal details and password".
You can change your existing email, password and postal address. if you wish to change your contact number, please key in contact number when making purchase. After changing your email address, please confirm if your new email is functioning well and is able to receive notifications from Girl's Monday. Click onto "My Account"→Log into account→Click onto "Change personal details and password".
