Q2. Calculation of shipping fee?
Shipping fee will be calculated based on the weight of your purchased items automatically by our system. However, in the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of orders, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery needs to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges may apply, subject to our courier partner's advice. 







※ Most areas covered by NINJAVAN in EAST MALAYSIA will remain normal for delivery. But please expect delays in parcels to some areas in EAST MALAYSIA covered by POSLAJU. You may refer to this file for coverage areas.
Q3. How do I change my purchase order, shipping address or cancel my purchase?
Modification of purchase order:
Modification is not possible after confirmation of purchase order. If you need to modify your purchase order, please log into "My Account", cancel purchase order before making new purchase.
Cancellation of purchase order:
If order has not entered packing procedure, log into "My Account" and proceed to cancellation.

※Purchase order cannot be recovered once cancelled.
※Purchase order cannot be cancelled after order has enter packing procedure.
※Kind reminder. When making new order after cancellation, please refer to goods inventory on current page.
Q4. What are the shipping date and delivery time?
※After completing purchase order, please check shipping status on "My Order".
※The actual shipping time will be adjusted according to the quantity of the order, the pre-ordered goods will be based on the time of pre-order on the current page.
※If shipping packages are increased, please refer to the latest announcement of the shipping date.
※Back Order (Pre-order Items) comes in batches. Arrived stocks will be distributed according to valid orders' sequence. Hence, please kindly refer to the updated ETA on respective product page if necessary.
※Delivery Times: Please refer to the time given by Ninjavan after shipment.
Q5. What is the payment method?
You can pay for your Girl's Monday purchases using MOLPay, which includes FPX (Online Banking), Visa, MasterCard, and various e-Wallet services.
Q6. Filling up of shipping details
• Recipient name must be in full name, abbreviation is not acceptable.
• Please enter the accurate postal code in the address.
Q7. Can I modify my shipping address after confirming purchase order?
• Due to complicated shipment process of overseas orders, it is impossible to modify the recipient address, details, etc. after purchase order is completed.
• If address is found to be incorrect before shipment, do cancel existing purchase order and proceed to make new purchase order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
• If address is found to be incorrect after shipment, do cancel the delivery, the actual return shipping cost and the custom taxation of both countries will be deducted and the remaining amount of the purchase order will be refunded.
• If address is found to be incorrect after shipment and modification of the address is needed, consumers will be responsible for the additional cost of address modification.

The actual return shipping cost and the custom taxation of both countries will be deducted, and the remaining amount of the purchase order will be refunded.
Q8. How do I confirm my purchase order and track my package?
To check status of purchase order, please log in to "My Account" and click "Order Tracking". The following link can be used to check and track the shipping status.
• After shipment is processed, you will receive a shipping notice from Girl's Monday in your member e-mail. The shipping number starting with NVMYGIRLSXXXXXX will be included in the shipping notice, you can track the shipment process using the shipping number.

Q9. Instruction on Return of Product
[Updated on 16 Jul 2021] In accordance with the implementation of Enhanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) in 34 mukims in Selangor and 14 localities in Kuala Lumpur for 14 days, please be informed that our return policy has been slightly adjusted.

Returns can be submitted on our website from the day you have received within 7-days-return-period and arrange to mail out after submission.

However, please take note on the followings:

1. STRICTLY NO SELF-DELIVERY is allowed and NO OUTSIDER is allowed into our building. Only contactless delivery is allowed.
2. Driver may hand the parcel over to the security guard or leave the parcel directly into the box by the gate.
3. Should there be no guard or box by the gate, please ensure to contact us at +603-7932-5555.
4. Should there be any delivery failure, senders are responsible for tracking and redelivery.
5. We hold no liability whatsoever for any damages caused to return parcels upon delivery.

Rest assured all returns will be refunded in accordance with normal return process. Yet, please expect some delays due to EMCO restrictions. Thank you so much for your understanding.

THE ABOVE APPLIES TO ALL ORDERS PLACED ON MALAYSIA WEBSITE, INCLUDING OVERSEAS ORDERS.


• We do not provide exchange service. Please confirm the colour and size of the order after selecting products before completing the payment. We ask for the understanding of overseas members. The member agreed on this rule when the purchase order is completed.
• All overseas orders will be subject to strict quality control. Before sending the package, the package will be confirmed by second quality inspection to avoid the consumers receiving the counterfeit products. Please feel free to shop. If there are problems regarding products, please contact our customer service via Facebook.
• Deliver the product as in the original state and package with order details to the stated address within seven days. Packages after the seven-day appreciation period will not be accepted, based on the date of the shipping postmark.
• Before return, please do contact customer service for documentation. Delivery without informing our customer service will not be accepted.
• Please send the return package to the designated shipping address (at your own expense) within 7 days starting from the receipt of the return notice.
