★What is GM Point (Cashback)?
GM Point is an official virtual currency as a reward for everyone who supports and enjoys purchase on Girl's Monday website. We will be offering occasional rewards through different campaigns on Girl’s Monday.

★HOW TO EARN (CAMPAIGN)：
♦ Different cashback events from time to time!!
Shipping fees, discount items and several discounts (promo codes, e-vouchers, GM point) are not included in the calculation of required purchase amount.
GM Points might be stacked up according to the rules of the event at different times and Girl’s Monday reserves the right to amend rules without prior notice.

GM POINT REBATE PERIOD：
GM Points will be automatically credited to the member's account (CASHBACK) after the order has been shipped (up to 35 working days for Malaysia and Singapore) and no returns or cancellations have been made.
If an order is partially returned, the rebate amount will be calculated based on the actual amount of items you have reserved; if the order is cancelled or a full return is requested during the 7-days appreciation period, the rebate points will be deemed invalid.
E.g. - Order shipped on Apr 1. GM Point credited on May 6.

★How do I redeem GM Points?
1 GM Point earned is equivalent to RM 1 and you can use them to offset your transaction amount when making a purchase on Girl’s Monday website.
Up to 25% off items amount (excluding shipping fee, discounts and special item discounts). To use GM Points on transactions, please check the box upon checkout.
Transaction can only be offset by GM Points without decimal point.

GM Points expire after 90 days since they were earned and must be redeemed by 11:59pm on the last day of the use period. The expiry date of the points can be found in your account centre - CASHBACK.

※GM Points are rebates and cannot be exchanged for cash, GM credit, e-vouchers, promo codes or transferred to other accounts. Girl’s Monday reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate the validity period of GM Points at any time without prior notice.

★When will I get my GM Points back if I cancel or return my order?
♦ Failed payments, cancelled orders：
If the order is cancelled or fails to complete, the full amount of the GM Points will be refunded automatically to the original account upon cancellation of the order. However, if GM Points are credited to the original account after cancellation and are expired, it cannot be redeemed, no extensions of usage or compensation will be offered for expired GM Points.

♦ Return Orders：
Orders placed with GM Points can be returned, but GM points will not be refunded, so please redeem at your discretion.
E.g.:
Purchase 2 non-special discount items at RM 40 + RM 44 with promo code of RM15 off:
RM 40 + RM 44 + Shipping fee RM 7 - Promo code RM 15 = RM 76

IF the account originally has 30 GM Points, the transaction amount of this order can be offset by 25% of the actual amount of 2 non-special discount items：
RM 40 + RM 44 = RM 84*25% = 21 GM Points
Transaction amount can be offset by 21 GM Points which is equivalent to RM 21 max.

IF RM 44 item is returned and reserves RM 40 item，
Transaction amount of that order can be offset by RM 40*25% , that is 10 GM Points which is equivalent to RM 10 max，
